Crispy Salad

Crispy Salad
Beef rib 350g
Potato 2
Carrot 1/2
Garlic 1 slice
Ginger 1 slice
Lettuce 1/3
Cabbage 1/4
Broccoli 1/2
Mini tomato 8
Salt Small amount
Pepper Small amount
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Sake (alcohol) 2 tablespoons
Potato starch Appropriate amount


  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with the salt and pepper. Finely chop the garlic and ginger and leave for around 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrot to the thickness of about a matchstick and then wash with water.
  3. Heat the oil to around 180 degrees.
  4. Sprinkle the potato starch over the beef and fry crisply.
  5. Remove the water from the potatoes and carrot and then fry crisply.
  6. Cut the cabbage into fine strips.
  7. Boil the broccoli.
  8. Serve on a plate.
