Beef Boiled in Beer

- Cut the beef ribs into the shape of dice and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. After this, pour the olive oil into a frying pan and cook the surface on a high heat.
- Cut the onion and garlic into slices. Then cut the red pepper into half and remove the seeds.
- Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic, onion and red pepper of (2) on a medium heat. Add seasoning to match and then put in the beef of (1) and mushroom in. Put on a lid and boil well for about 40 minutes on a low heat.
- Boil the asparagus in a separate pot and then serve together with the beef of (3).
