Hebesu fruit juice 1 and 1/2 tablespoons [Sauce]
Nam pla (Thai fish sauce) 2 teaspoons [A]
Pepper (cut small) 1 [A]
Garlic (slice) 1 [A]

● Remove the smell of the meat and bring out a nice aroma by using shochu in the seasoning.
