Beef Boiled in Beer

Ingredients (4 Servings)

Beef ribs (lumps) 700g
Salt and pepper Small amount
Olive oil Appropriate amount
Onion 1/2
Garlic 1 piece
Red pepper 1
Mushroom 1
Asparagus 5
Beer 2 cups [Seasoning]
Consommé soup 300cc [Seasoning]
Demi-glace
(brown sauce)
200cc [Seasoning]
Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons [Seasoning]
Sugar 2 teaspoons [Seasoning]
Salt and pepper Small amount [Seasoning]
Bay leaf 1 leaf [Seasoning]

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef ribs into the shape of dice and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. After this, pour the olive oil into a frying pan and cook the surface on a high heat.
  2. Cut the onion and garlic into slices. Then cut the red pepper into half and remove the seeds.
  3. Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic, onion and red pepper of (2) on a medium heat. Add seasoning to match and then put in the beef of (1) and mushroom in. Put on a lid and boil well for about 40 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Boil the asparagus in a separate pot and then serve together with the beef of (3).
